Day 3 is today and I'm feeling a little sick as the weather changes from winter to spring and my throat is acting up. But I'm not giving up, modifying the workouts as needed with the 21 day fix and increasing my fluids even more than usual. I hope you can resonate with my mind set of wanting to give up but knowing now that my goals are way more important and I refuse to give up. Plus having a sweet community of FUN, Fabulous people that get me all hyped up to keep going everyday. Plus on got my super sweet tank for completing Body Beast which I'm in love with! It's so soft and the Small fits great! Small, WOW never thought it was even possible. Hard work really does pay off :)

That was my day 1 and 2 of the 21 day fix smile emoticon
