Alrighty people, Let's start digging deeper with our aspirations and dreams. Write them down, think about them, imagine what it would look like when they come true. Now let's think about how we get there. Happy, Healthy, Positive, etc. Let's pump this into gear and go through this journey together :) Message me on facebook for deets - Challenge Starts Fresh, January 6th :) https://www.facebook.com/theresa.rae.5

I have searched and searched for a recipe for Greenberry Shakeology cookies or bars, and I finally found one from a fellow beachbody coach Amanda@fitaddict. These may not look super pretty (they are GREEN after all) but don't let that fool you. They taste like a sweet little cookie bar! These would be perfect for a treat or a post workout snack since they have some carbs and protein to help you recover - and they can be made up ahead of time and kept in the freezer. Take one serving out before your workout and it will be ready to eat when you're done. Love it!
Greenberry Shakeology Cookie Recipe
1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
1/2 cup oats
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp dried cranberries
3 Tbsp Naturally More peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey (to taste)
Mix dry ingredients then add PB and honey. Mix until it starts forming a ball/crumbly balls. If it's not sticky enough, add a splash of water and mix. Once everything is mostly incorporated, use your clean hands to fully mix the ingredients and make into a patty. Press between 2 pieces of wax paper and roll to make bars. Let firm up in freezer then cut into 8 pieces. Makes 4 servings of 2 pieces each. 204 calories per serving.
You can experiment with the mix-ins - try some shredded coconut, raisins, assorted chopped nuts, dried apricots, etc. Have fun!
