My Shakeology Experience

I started drinking Shakeology in 2012, and about a year and half later I've been drinking it everyday. It wasn’t until October 2012 that I signed up, and I love coaching part time. I've tried Every flavor... SO far! Chocolate Vegan, Tropical Strawberry, Greenberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla. I always received the Chocolate, and I drank it mostly for my health. (It was also very convenient!) It tasted really good, I've tried other shakes and they weren't comparative to Shakeology. I really hoped Shakeology would help me overcome my plateau.

I drink Shakeology every day, and I am off my prescription and over the counter medications for depression and over the counter medications, aka vitamins. The flavors are so much better too, and I always am trying a new recipe. My favorite Shakeology flavor right now is Chocolate, but there is a new flavor coming out Tomorrow!!
