Workout Frenzie tonight! Focused for 25mins - I don't always look forward to working out, I look forward to what it results in. I was SERIOUSLY sweating my ass off. This is what triggered my weight loss, Focus T25, I did it last fall during my school semester and helped me to beast as often as I could............................
