Starting off my day right. Second Week of 21 day fix. Old fashioned Oats, Cinnamon, and a small Apple = 1 Yellow, and 1 Purple. Made a spice mixture that was in my book for the week. I put a sprinkle on my 2 Hard Boiled Eggs I also had = 1 Red Protein. Not too bad. Just starting to get a little hungry. Only drank 25 Fl Oz's of water which is about half of what I usually drink by noon. Off to the kitchen for more water. Then back to my paper that's due tomorrow. Thank goodness I took the day off from work :)
