The day in the life of Me: Today marks day 5 of the 21 day fix workouts and day 4 of the meal plan. Not too bad. A little hungry, alleviated this by evening out when I eat. 7:30 Breakfast - Chocolate Shakeology with 1/4 a banana and ice. 10 AM Purple aka fruit, mango puree with strawberries and pineapple. I stretched it out as I was busy around the office. Plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon - red. Drank some blueberry green tea, AmaZing, I love a little fruity flavor in it. Then onto Lunch: Spinach - green. Carrots - green. Feta (tomato basil), almonds, & peanuts - blue. sunflower seeds orange. Then Yellow oats cinnamon and 1/2 banana 2-3 hours later, and sweet potato around 3:32ish, yellow, mashed with cinnamon. Peach puree with dab of yogurt. Dinner, stuffed chicken with feta and spinach and asparagus 1 green 1 red.


Writing it all out there actually sounds like a lot of food. It's tough at times and I had 7 m&m's! No one is perfect but I do not want to hurt my results. One day at a time. Does this sound like something you could try to get you on track and eating the correct portion sizes???
