Workout Frenzie tonight! Focused for 25mins - I don't always look forward to working out, I look forward to what it results in. I was SERIOUSLY sweating my ass off. This is what triggered my weight loss, Focus T25, I did it last fall during my school semester and helped me to beast as often as I could............................

Dream BIG
As you can imagine NO one is perfect, so you can understand when things don't go as planned and people fall off the wagon from time to time. You may lose sight of your goals, which can be an indicator that your not dreaming big enough and at the same time not making smaller goals that lead you to those grander ones. I myself have gotten a reality check lately and understand the importance of goal setting. Don't sell yourself short. Your ARE worth it, speak positive affirmations DAILY, in the mirror, write them down, feel them, taste them, envision them. I believe I was made for more and I believe in a greater plan and I'm willing to seize it ;)

*REAL TALK* Camping with no electricity for a week was a GREAT refresh to bring it back to the simple life of getting up and seizing the day with no agenda.
-Biking each day a few miles to the shower house, Kayaking, Biking through the forest, outdoor games, relaxing, and enjoying friends and family... But now, time to get back in the groove.. I was totally making up a MILLION excuses to NOT workout, to slump around until Monday...
>> I Had to get it going, Took my pre-workout w/ the boyfriend and jumped down into the basement to get the week started right. . And BOY Am I glad I did, got in a NASTY, SWEATY, AMAZING workout, Wait PiYo?! YES, Strength Interval is by far my new fav next to BUns...
NOW: Feeling motivated for the week, proud of myself, happy, accomplished, and SOO much more
Working out has such amazing benefits BEYOND physical. The mental and emotional piece has truly had a major impact on how I'VE personally grown. I've always had a heart to help others, and didn't have a method or specific passion to drive that vehicle. This Opportunity has given me the chance to be ME, & help others on a level of interest to me. I work around MY schedule, and help others to attain a sense of freedom and be the person THEY want to be.
TRUST ME, I'm THE most Skeptical person, and I gave a stink eye to this opportunity for a long time before I saw the value I could bring to others and myself. . . My Philosophy is, that everyone wants to be happy, healthy, and be able to provide for their families as best they can.

Had a Lovely Weekend at the Lilac Festival and with Family and Friends. So happy to be done for the semester and to be able to relax and spend time with the one's I love. So excited for more fun to come along with the amazing weather, flowers blooming etc. Take time to smell the flowers and enjoys the weather. What a difference a nice weekend can do for your mind, body, and soul <3

3 Day Shakeology Cleanse *Results*
After a holiday, to break through a plateau, to detox, to spark weight loss, whatever the reason maybe, the 3 day Shakeology cleanse is a great way to do so. Mine reason was to detox, and utilize self control for 3 days as a personal challenge after the Easter holiday.
I scheduled this in about a month ago, to do a shakeology cleanse at the end of April. So I began this past Monday morning. Got up as usual, make a shake, but instead of adding soy/coconut/flax milk or any type of additional contents I just added about 6 ice cubes and water, blended it up. When I got to work at 8am I made myself a cup of green tea. I was getting hungry around my usual 10am snack time, so that meant time for my optional fruit. I was more hungry than usual and continued to chug my water.
My initial weigh in was 128, I've managed to consistently stay in the 120's and low 130's, not bad, but I don't want to get back up into the 130's unless is with gained muscle mass. So day 2 weigh in, 125.4, I was like you gotta be kidding me!!! I had lost 2.6lbs in 1 day.Yes I know the our weight fluctuates, but geesh it was good to see those numbers!! The last time I saw that was probably high school. Tuesday weigh in, 123.4, HOLLY SMOKES,yes! I want to be in the mid 120's so I don't tea-tar into the 130's, so that was additional wight loss of 1.8lbs. Day 3, I woke up this am feeling confident and the scale read 123, so a grand total of 4.4lbs in 3 days!!! That's crazy!!
What Is The Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse?

The day in the life of Me: Today marks day 5 of the 21 day fix workouts and day 4 of the meal plan. Not too bad. A little hungry, alleviated this by evening out when I eat. 7:30 Breakfast - Chocolate Shakeology with 1/4 a banana and ice. 10 AM Purple aka fruit, mango puree with strawberries and pineapple. I stretched it out as I was busy around the office. Plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon - red. Drank some blueberry green tea, AmaZing, I love a little fruity flavor in it. Then onto Lunch: Spinach - green. Carrots - green. Feta (tomato basil), almonds, & peanuts - blue. sunflower seeds orange. Then Yellow oats cinnamon and 1/2 banana 2-3 hours later, and sweet potato around 3:32ish, yellow, mashed with cinnamon. Peach puree with dab of yogurt. Dinner, stuffed chicken with feta and spinach and asparagus 1 green 1 red.
Writing it all out there actually sounds like a lot of food. It's tough at times and I had 7 m&m's! No one is perfect but I do not want to hurt my results. One day at a time. Does this sound like something you could try to get you on track and eating the correct portion sizes???
